Do I need to set up an account to shop at
There is no need to create an account when ordering on our website. Simply click on a product, add it to your cart and checkout.

I've forgotten the password for my account. What should I do?

Click on the My Account link at the top right of the Home page. Then click on the "Forgot Your Password" link under Account Settings and follow the instructions to receive your new password via email.

I have changed my address, email address and/or credit card. How do I update my account information?

Click on the My Account link at the top right of the Home page. Log in using your current email address and password. You'll then be able to change your account information, including credit card, billing and/or shipping address and email address from within your account..

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit/ debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), checks (personal and certified) and money orders.  Checks and money orders must be made payable to 4Paws Pet Supplements. Be sure to include your order form with your check/ money order and mail it to:

Is there tax charged on my order?

Order shipped within the State of Florida will be charged the local sales tax.  Orders shipped outside of Florida, will not be charged any sales tax.

3. Placing an Order

I would like to place an order over the phone. How can I do that?

You can place an order over the phone by calling 1-954-828-2338 between 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. EST, 7 days a week.

I just placed an order, and I forgot to add some items. Can I add the items to my existing order?

Yes, but  your credit card will be charged again. You can add to your order either online or over the phone by calling 1-954-828-2338. This should be done within 30 minutes from placing your first order so that all your products can be shipped to you in one package.

I just placed an order, and would like to cancel it. Can this be done?

Yes, you may cancel your order within 2 hours from the time you placed it.

I am placing an order, but one or more of the items is on backorder. When will I receive my order?

If any of your item(s) are on backorder, we will hold the entire order until all items are in stock. Alternatively, you can split your order, so that the in-stock item(s) get shipped immediately and the backorder item(s) get shipped once they are in-stock. Note that you will be charged shipping on each shipment.

Can I view orders I've placed in the past?

Yes. Click on the My Account tab at the top right of the Home page. Log in using your email address and password. You can view your order history inside.

5. Product Questions and Answers

I see that in some of the products you have some fillers listed in the ingredients. Why is that?

Excipients and dilutions are a necessary part of the manufacturing process. As a general rule, products need a dilution or excipient in order to accurately make the tablet. It is added only for the purpose to ensure accurate fill weights and raw material distribution into each tablet. This does not compromise the potency or safety of our products.

I am interested in your fish oil products. What types of fish does the oil come from?

Mostly coldwater fish, such as mackerel and salmon.

What is the source of Glucosamine and Chondroitin?

Glucosamine sulfate is an artificially synthesized salt of glucosamine made from oyster and crab shells. Chondroitin sulfate is also derived from animal products, including shark and cow cartilage.

What types of ingredients do you use?

Our products are made using only the finest, all-natural ingredients. These ingredients are safe, wholesome, and bursting with nutrients.

Are your ingredients safe?

Why are pet supplements necessary?

At what age can I start feeding my puppy/ kitten pet supplements?

I already feed my pet an all-natural diet, are per supplements still necessary?

My dog/cat is currently taking medication.  Can I still give him/ her pet supplements?

Our products are safe and non-toxic for all pets. However, if your pet is currently taking medication, we recommend checking with your veterinarian before administering supplements or vitamins.

6. Returns and Problems with Your Order

My order arrived, but contains a damaged product. What do I do?

Please call us at 1-954-828-2338, or send us an e-mail to Be sure to include your order number in the e-mail. Examples of damaged products are cracked plastic bottles and/or the safety seal being removed/ torn off. Dented bottles or packages are not considered damaged because this does not take away from the safety or potency of the items inside.

I would like to exchange a product(s) for another. How can I do that?
If you would like to exchange your items, simply return your order (with a tracking number) and specify “Item Exchange” on your Order Invoice.  Please be sure to specify what item(s) you would like to exchange your order for.

I returned my product and am waiting for a refund.  When will I receive my refund?

You will be refunded within seven (7) business days after we receive the product(s). Refunds do not include return shipping costs.

What are the shipping costs?

When you order pet vitamins or pet supplements from you will receive FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50. Orders under $50 will cost just $2.99.  Shipping rates to foreign (non-usa) addreses are higher. Please click the Shipping/ Delivery menu tab (above) for exact shipping rates.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once shipped, the transit time takes up to 3 days to arrive at your doorstep (USA domestic orders only).  Please allow 5-10 days for all orders shipped outside the USA (pending local customs clearance) to arrive.

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours from the day they are received.

What shipping provider do you use?

All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) using First Class or Priority Mail. Orders sent to PO Boxes, APO, and FPO will also ship via the United States Postal Service.

Can I ship to an address other than my own?

Do you ship to international (non-USA) addresses?

Yes. We ship worldwide. For detailed shipping rates, please click the Shipping/ Delivery menu tab above. Delivery times vary for international shipments. Please allow 5 – 10 days for all orders shipped outside the USA to arrive, pending local customs clearance.

Product Pricing and Exchange Rates

All prices shown on are in U.S. dollars. When you pay by credit card, the equivalent amount will be shown in your local currency using current exchange rates. If paying by international money order, please ensure your payment is denominated in U.S. dollars.

International Addresses
You must provide a current STREET ADDRESS in order to receive your shipment abroad. We cannot ship to international P.O. Boxes.

International Shipping Fees, Import Duties and Taxes
Shipping charges for large international shipments will be calculated by weight and destination. Regarding import taxes and/or duties,'s prices do not include import taxes, duties, and/or local customs fees (if any). You may have to pay such taxes/ fees once your order arrives to your country. These charges are separate from your shipping charge, and you will be billed directly for them through your local Customs or Mailing Authority. You, the customer, is solely responsible for any additional customs clearance fees; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. It is your responsibility to make sure that you are allowed to import pet supplements from the USA into your country.

International Returns or Packages Refused

If the package(s) is returned to us because of an address error made by the customer, the customer refuses the package or the items ordered are not allowed into the country by the  local Customs Authority, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost (if any) billed to for the return of the package. If the return shipping cost is greater than the cost of the goods ordered, will instruct the USPS to abandon the order, and there will be no credit issued to the customer for the order. If the package is intercepted by the local Customs Authority because items ordered are not allowed in the customer’s country and the package is abandoned, there will be no credit issued to the customer for the order. If the package is stopped by the local customs authority upon returning the product(s) to the United States, and the package is abandoned, there will be no credit issued to the customer for the order.

Your Country's Custom and Import Policies

It is important for you to become familiar with the Customs import policies of your country BEFORE ordering. Customs regulations vary greatly by country and lack of knowledge regarding such regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, experience delivery delays, or even being returned to us. It is your responsibility to check with your local Customs Authority to see if your country permits the importation of our products from the USA. You are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.  Any fees charged to due to non-compliance with your country's laws and regulations will be charged to you, the importer. If an item or items are returned to us due to non-compliance with your country's laws and regulations, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only, less a re-stocking fee (20% of the cost of your order). Other charges such as quarantine, shipping, or warehousing fees assessed by your country’s local Customs Authority will also be discounted from your refund.
